This Refund Policy applies to all digital products and services provided by MNH Digital through the website https://mnhdigital.com/
(the “Website”).
By purchasing digital content from the Website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to the purchase of digital products, including but not limited to:
• eBooks and digital guides
• Video lessons, online courses, and streaming content
• Digital downloads and resource files
• Access passes, membership, subscription or license-based access
• Any other digital content or related materials delivered electronically
Digital products are delivered electronically and are not physical goods.
2. Non-Refundable Digital Products
All digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted or delivery completed through any of the following actions:
• You have downloaded the product;
• You have received login credentials or an access link;
• You have accessed or streamed digital content; or
• You have received membership, subscription, or license access.
Because digital goods cannot be “returned” in the same manner as physical goods, refunds cannot be issued after access or delivery has occurred.
3. Situations Where Refunds May Be Considered
While digital products are generally non-refundable, MNH Digital may consider issuing a refund in exceptional circumstances, including:
Unauthorized Transaction: The purchase was made without authorization from the account owner.
Duplicate Payment: The payment was processed multiple times for the same transaction.
Technical Delivery Failure: You were unable to access the purchased digital content due to technical issues for more than 7 days after purchase and after MNH Digital has attempted to resolve the issue.
Requests under this clause must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase and must include appropriate supporting documentation.
4. Refund Request Procedure

• Email address used for purchase
• Order number or transaction reference
• Proof of payment (e.g., receipt or bank statement screenshot)
• Reason for the refund request

MNH Digital will review and respond to refund submissions within 3–5 business days.
5. Assessment & Resolution
All refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
If a refund is approved, funds will be issued through the original payment method within 14 business days of approval, unless otherwise stated.
6. Subscriptions & Membership Access
For recurring products such as subscriptions, memberships or access-based services:
• Refunds are not issued for subscription periods that have already been used or accessed.
• Refunds may be considered for unused future periods at MNH Digital’s discretion.
Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund.
7. Cancellation of Orders
Refund eligibility for cancellations depends on delivery status:
• If cancellation is requested before delivery/access: refund may be possible;
• If cancellation is requested after access has been granted: no refund applies, except under Clause 3.
